Just read an article that says gummy vitamins might not be as effective as traditional pills due to lower nutrient density and stability issues. But I love my gummies! What do you all think?

Actually, as a wellness influencer, I've looked into this. Many brands use lower doses in gummies because of texture issues. But if you choose a reputable brand with third-party testing, they can be effective. I personally take both gummies for some vitamins and pills for others.

Paleo dieter here - I avoid gummies because of the added sugars. Pills are cleaner. Plus, I prefer getting my D from the sun and cod liver oil. But if you do go gummy, check labels for sugar content!

Caffeine addict here who forgets to take pills lol. Gummies are a lifesaver for me. I just make sure to chew them properly and store in a cool place. Studies show they absorb fine if you follow directions. Article might be fearmongering.
