Just read this article and it makes me wonder if my gummy D is even working. I take two of these a day and still feel tired in winter. Anyone else? Maybe I should switch back to pills?

I actually just did a whole post about this on my blog! From what I've seen, gummies can be just as effective IF they have the right form of vitamin D (like D3) and you take them with fat. I've used gummies for years and my blood levels are fine. But yeah, some brands skimp on actual content.

I've been using a new brand that's organic and they have third-party testing results on their site for potency. I feel like gummies are better because I actually remember to take them. Kids love them too. But I do wonder about sugar content.

The thing is, traditional pills often contain fillers and binders that hinder absorption. Gummies are usually more natural. But the real key is sunlight and getting your levels checked regularly. Supplements are just that - supplemental.
