So I started taking Vitamin D gummies a few weeks ago because I read it helps with sleep quality. Honestly, my sleep is still meh, but my skin has cleared up like crazy! Anyone else experience unexpected side effects? Just wondering if it's the D or something else.

Oh totally! Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that supports skin cell growth and repair. I'm not surprised you're seeing benefits. I take mine with a little coconut oil for absorption. Could also be reducing inflammation. Keep it up!

I've noticed less muscle soreness since I started D gummies. I go hard at the gym, and recovery has been smoother. Might be a combo with my magnesium. But yeah, D does a lot more than people think.

I take mine for mood, actually. I live in a cloudy area and get SAD. But I also feel like my skin is more glowy? Maybe it's the placebo effect, but I'll take it haha. What brand are you using?

I'm using the Nature's Bounty gummies, 1000 IU. Yeah, the glow is real! I'm not complaining, just surprised. Glad to know I'm not the only one with random benefits.
