Hey everyone! I’m heading on a road trip next week and want to bring my vitamin D gummies. I’m worried they might melt in the car if it gets hot. Anyone have experience with transporting gummies in hot weather? Also, any TSA tips for flying? I might do a leg by plane.

I’ve taken gummies on flights before. They won’t melt in your carry-on, but check TSA rules – they’re fine in solid form, just keep them in original packaging if you can. For road trips, avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or a hot car. I use a small cooler pack.

Honestly, I’m skeptical about gummies surviving a hike. I’ve had chewy vitamins turn into a sticky mess in my backpack. Maybe put them in a hard container and keep them in the shade? Also, for TSA, I’d say declare them if asked, but they’re not liquids.

Thanks for the tips! I’ll try the cooler pack idea for the road trip. For hiking, maybe I’ll just stick with a pill version. Better safe than sorry with sticky gummies lol.

No problem! Also, if you’re flying, make sure the gummies are in a clear bag if you’re paranoid. I’ve never had issues. Have a great trip!
