Hey everyone! Planning a trip soon - mix of flying, road tripping, and some hiking. I take Vitamin D gummies daily and want to bring them along. Worried they might melt in a hot car or my bag. Also, what's the deal with TSA for gummy vitamins? Any storage tips to keep them fresh while traveling? Thanks!

Good question! As a fitness pro, I travel with supplements all the time. For TSA, no issues - they're considered solid food, so just toss them in your carry-on. To prevent melting: keep them in original container (airtight helps), avoid direct sun in car, maybe store in a cooler bag if it's super hot. On hikes, keep them in an insulated pocket. I've had mine get a little sticky in Arizona heat, but still effective!

Blessings! Holistic perspective here. Beyond melting, consider the energy of your gummies during travel. Keep them in a dark, cool place to preserve their vibrational integrity. I recommend a small cloth pouch (natural fibers like cotton) inside your bag - protects from light and heat. For TSA, I've never had problems, but intention matters: carry them with purpose for wellness. Safe journeys!

Eco-warrior chiming in! Check your gummy brand's packaging - if it's plastic, that's a bummer for the planet. While traveling, opt for reusable silicone bags or metal tins to store them (reduce waste!). For heat, yeah, they can soften. I once left mine in a hot tent and they fused together lol. Keep them in shade, maybe with a reusable ice pack. And TSA is cool with them - they're not liquids!
