Headed on a road trip and then a flight. Anyone know if vitamin D gummies melt in hot car? And what about TSA rules for gummies? I'm taking a big bottle. Help!

Sugar-free gummies tend to hold up better in heat cuz less sticky. But still, don't leave them in a hot car! For TSA, solid gummies are fine. Just keep them in original packaging to avoid questions.

I use a stainless steel container to avoid plastic waste. They don't melt as fast in metal. Also, if you're hiking, store them in a cool pack. Eco-tip: buy in bulk to reduce packaging!

I use a portable mini cooler with temp control for my vitamins. You can find them on Amazon. TSA is cool with gummies as long as they're in a solid state. Pro tip: keep the bottle in your carry-on to avoid pressure changes in cargo.

Thanks everyone! The mini cooler idea is genius. Going to pack them in my carry-on in the original bottle. Didn't think about pressure changes. You guys are lifesavers!
