Just saw this article: 'The Best Vitamin D Supplements for Deskbound Dudes'. It talks about how being indoors all day means we need supplements. I'm thinking of trying gummies. Thoughts? Link: [article]

I work night shifts so I get zero sun. Gummies are convenient but check the dosage. Some have only 400 IU which is nothing. I take 2000 IU daily. Also make sure they have K2 for absorption.

I'm skeptical of gummies for adults. They're often loaded with sugar. My kid takes them but I prefer capsules for myself. Also, get your levels tested before megadosing.

Gummies are fine if you get a quality brand. Look for ones with vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) not D2. And pair with magnesium for activation. I stack my gummies with a little fat for absorption.

Remember when we used to just go outside? Haha. But seriously, if you're stuck indoors, gummies are a tasty option. Just don't rely on them as a substitute for a healthy lifestyle. Moderation is key.
