Just saw this article about the 8 best vitamin D supplements. It says gummies are a great option for those who hate pills. Anyone here tried any from the list? I'm curious about the 'tried and tested' claim. Thoughts?

Honestly, I'm skeptical of gummies. I've been taking the same cheap pill form for years and my blood levels are fine. Plus, gummies are full of sugar! Just stick with the classic tablets, folks. No need to get fancy.

I get your point Jack, but not everyone can swallow pills. I've been doing intermittent fasting and need something that doesn't break my fast. Gummies usually have a few calories, but it's worth it for the convenience. I've tried the Nature Made gummies - they taste great and my levels are up.

I'm all about bioavailability. The article mentions that gummies are absorbed well for some, but I'd rather take a spray or drops. I've heard that some gummies use cheaper forms of vitamin D. I use a liposomal spray from a local brand. But for those who like gummies, look for ones with vitamin K2 too! 😉

Solid points! Olivia, I hadn't thought about the form of D. Frank, good to know about fasting. Jack, you're right about sugar, but maybe some sugar is fine if it means better compliance. I might try the gummies just to switch it up. Thanks for the input!
