Hey guys, I just came across this study (PMID: 34567890) about apple cider vinegar gummies and gut health. It claims they boost energy and help with bloating. But the study was funded by a supplement company. Thoughts? Is it legit or biased?

I'd take it with a grain of salt if the company funded it. But ACV gummies have been working well for me personally. I take them in the morning and feel less sluggish. The beet root is also good for circulation. Maybe just try a small batch and see?

I travel a lot and these gummies are a lifesaver. Easy to pack and no liquid restrictions. I haven't read the study, but anecdotally they stabilize my energy. The study might be biased but doesn't mean the product is bunk. Look for independent studies too.

Ooh I love ACV gummies! They taste amazing and I feel like my digestion is WAY better. The study was probably just marketing, but I trust my gut (pun intended). Plus B12 is always good. I'm all in! 🤩

Valid points! I'll probably order some and try them out. Thanks for the input!
