New study on ACV gummies – legit or sponsored fluff?
Saw this study (PMID: 34567890) claiming ACV gummies improve gut health and immunity. Smells like a supplement industry PR piece to me. Anyone else think it’s biased? They used a tiny sample size and no control group. 😒
Interesting you brought that up. I’ve been using ACV in my cooking for years (the real liquid stuff), and I do notice less bloating. But gummies? Probably diluted. The study might have some truth if the dosage is right, but I’d trust the liquid more. 💪
I’m all about natural energy, but the taste of gummies is so good! I’ve tried that brand, and they’re like candy. But wait—how much actual ACV is in each gummy? The study might be funded by the company. I’d want to see a meta-analysis before jumping on it. 🤔
Total side note: I use a smart pill organizer app to track supplement intake. Anyway, I think studies on supplements are sketchy unless they’re double-blind. This one sounds weak. But I do feel better after taking ACV gummies (placebo or not, lol). 😂
