THREAD: Just tried these ACV gummies - anyone else notice a difference?Started by SupplementSteve43

Hey everyone, I picked up these ACV gummies last week after seeing them at the health food store. As an amateur chef, I'm always looking for natural ways to boost my energy in the kitchen without relying on caffeine. So far, I've been taking two gummies in the morning, and I have to say, they taste way better than drinking straight apple cider vinegar! The beet root gives them a nice earthy flavor. Has anyone else tried incorporating these into their daily routine? I'm curious if they really help with digestion like the label claims.

OMG, I've been taking these for about a month now and I'm obsessed! The energy boost is real - no more 3 PM slump at work. Plus, the Vitamin B12 is a game-changer for someone like me who doesn't eat much meat. I've noticed my skin looks clearer too, which is a nice bonus. Steve, if you're skeptical about the digestion claims, give it a few weeks. I started feeling less bloated after meals around the two-week mark. Definitely worth sticking with!

I approach all supplements with caution, especially trendy ones like these. While ACV has its benefits, I'm concerned about the 'natural flavors' and added sugars in gummy form. Has anyone checked if these are truly organic or non-GMO? I prefer getting my probiotics and vitamins from whole foods like fermented vegetables and local honey. That said, if they work for you, that's wonderful - just remember that true gut health starts with a balanced diet and mindfulness, not a quick fix from a bottle.

Ellen, that's a fair point about the ingredients. I did check the label, and they use organic cane sugar, which is better than some alternatives, but you're right - it's still added sugar. I'm mainly using them for the convenience factor since I'm on my feet cooking all day. GummyGuru, glad to hear they helped with bloating! I'll keep at it and see if I notice similar results. Maybe I'll pair them with some kimchi for an extra probiotic kick, haha.

Ellen, I appreciate your holistic perspective! For me, these gummies are part of a bigger routine that includes lots of veggies and exercise. They're not a magic pill, but they've been a helpful addition. Steve, let us know how it goes with the kimchi combo - that sounds intense! To anyone else reading, I'd say start with one gummy to see how your stomach handles it. Some people can be sensitive to ACV at first.
