Hey everyone, just tried these BioSchwartz Elderberry Gummies today! As someone who cares a lot about taste (I'm a bit of a foodie), I have to say they're surprisingly good. They have a nice berry flavor without being too sweet or artificial-tasting. Has anyone else noticed this? Also, does the zinc or vitamin C affect the taste at all? I'm curious if kids would actually eat these without a fight.

Interesting to see this product pop up. I'm a biohacker always looking for efficient supplements, and the third-party testing and non-GMO claims are promising. But I'm skeptical about the dosage—does anyone know the exact amounts of elderberry extract, zinc, and vitamin C per gummy? Also, 'multimineral supplement' is vague; what other minerals are included? I'd need to see a full breakdown before considering it for my stack.

As a busy professional juggling work and workouts, I love the convenience of gummies over pills. I've been taking these for a week now to support my immune system during flu season. So far, so good—no sick days yet! But I'm wondering about the efficacy compared to traditional elderberry syrups. Has anyone done a comparison or noticed real immune benefits? Also, are they easy to carry around for travel?

Jumping in as another biohacker here. I appreciate the vegan and third-party tested aspects—it adds credibility. However, I'm concerned about the sugar content in gummies. Can anyone confirm if these use natural sweeteners or if there's added sugar? Too much sugar can negate immune benefits. Also, how's the bioavailability of the nutrients in gummy form versus capsules? Personal experiences would help.

Back again with an update! I checked the label, and it says they use organic tapioca syrup and cane sugar—so yes, there's some sugar, but it's not excessive in my opinion. Taste-wise, it's still a win for me and my kids. To answer SupplementSteve43's earlier question, I saw it has 100mg elderberry extract, 10mg zinc, and 60mg vitamin C per gummy. Not sure about other minerals though. Anyone else tried these with their family?
