Hey everyone! I was at Costco yesterday and saw these Black Seed Oil Gummies (Natural Ginger Ale flavor, non-GMO, vegan) on clearance for like half off. Normally they're $25 but I got them for $12.99. Has anyone tried these? I'm wondering if the lower price means they're lower quality or if I just scored a major deal. I take supplements for joint support since I run marathons, and black seed oil is supposed to be anti-inflammatory. Just don't want to waste my time if it's a dud product!

Ooh, great find CrystalCathy! I've actually reviewed these on my wellness page. The cold-pressed Nigella Sativa is key—it preserves the thymoquinone, which is the active compound with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. A sale at Costco doesn't necessarily mean lower quality; sometimes it's just overstock or a promo to get new customers. Check the expiration date though! If it's far out, it's probably a steal. I'd say go for it, especially since it's vegan and non-GMO. The ginger ale flavor masks the earthy taste pretty well too. Let us know how they work for your runs!

lol i saw these at target last week on sale too! i'm more of a weekend warrior—hiking and some light jogging—so i grabbed a bottle. been taking them for a few days and no issues so far. they taste decent, not too sweet. i figure if it's from a big store like costco or target, it's prob legit? maybe just clearing out old inventory. i'd say snag em if u can, worst case u're out $13 but might help with recovery. my knees feel a bit less achy after my last hike, but could be placebo haha.

Thanks guys! Exp date is still good for another year, so I'm gonna try them. KaleKen217, I'll keep an eye on that thymoquinone stuff—sounds promising. CrystalCathy413, glad to hear they're working for you! I'll report back after my next long run. Fingers crossed it's not just cheap filler ingredients. Appreciate the input!
