Hey everyone, just started taking these Black Seed Oil Gummies (Natural Ginger Ale flavor) about a week ago. They taste great and I love that they're vegan and non-GMO, but I've noticed something strange - my dreams have been SUPER vivid and intense lately. Like, wake-up-and-still-feel-like-I'm-there vivid. It's not scary or anything, just... odd. Has anyone else experienced this with these gummies or black seed oil in general? Wondering if it's just me or a known thing.

OP, that's fascinating! As a paleo dieter, I've been taking these gummies for about 3 months now. I haven't experienced vivid dreams specifically, but I did notice my sense of taste became more sensitive during the first few weeks - especially to bitter flavors. Black seed oil (Nigella sativa) is known to have neurological effects in traditional medicine. Could be your body adjusting to the cold-pressed compounds. Make sure you're taking them with food to aid absorption!

Yo! Gym rat here - been on these for my post-workout recovery. The 500mg serving is solid. I haven't had vivid dreams, but my pee has been noticeably brighter yellow since starting them. Freaked me out at first but my doc said it's just the B-vitamins they add to the gummy formula. As for dreams... maybe your sleep quality improved? Better sleep = more REM = more dreams? Just a thought. How's your energy levels otherwise?

Digital nomad checking in from Bali! I've been taking these while traveling for immune support. The ginger ale flavor is a lifesaver when I'm dealing with questionable street food stomach lol. I did get some wild dreams during my first week too! Not unpleasant though - almost like free entertainment. Stopped after about 10 days. My theory: our bodies are just processing the new compounds differently. As long as it's not disrupting your sleep or causing anxiety, probably harmless adaptation phase.
