I'm a bit skeptical about this 'Clean Nutraceuticals' supplement. The ingredient list looks impressive with Shilajit, Sea Moss, Tongkat Ali, etc., but I've read that some supplements don't contain what they claim. Has anyone done independent lab testing on this product? Also, 'energy support' is such a vague claim - what specific benefits have users actually experienced?

Great question, HealthHacker! As a science enthusiast, I appreciate your skepticism. I've been researching the individual components. Shilajit contains fulvic acid which may help with nutrient absorption, and Tongkat Ali has some promising studies for testosterone support. The combination with CoQ10 and PQQ for mitochondrial function is interesting from a biochemical perspective. Has anyone tried this for more than a month? I'd love to see some real-world data on efficacy.

As a granola parent trying to keep my family healthy naturally, I'm curious about the sourcing. Are these ingredients organic? The 'clean' in the name suggests no fillers or artificial additives, but I'd want to see third-party certifications. Also, my husband has been dealing with low energy lately - has anyone's partner tried this? I'm wondering if it would be better than the separate supplements we're currently using.

From a scientific standpoint, the combination is intriguing. Boron and zinc are essential trace minerals that many people are deficient in, and when combined with Tongkat Ali and Ashwagandha, there could be synergistic effects for hormonal balance. However, I'm concerned about dosage - does anyone know the exact amounts of each ingredient? The product description doesn't seem to specify, which makes proper evaluation difficult.

I've actually been taking this for 6 weeks now and WOW! The energy boost is real - not jittery like caffeine, but sustained throughout the day. As an enthusiastic health nut, I've tried many supplements, and this combination really works for me. The capsules are easy to take (though I wish they offered gummies too!). My workouts have improved, and I just feel more balanced overall. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
