Hey everyone! I just picked up these Emergen-C 750mg Vitamin C Gummies for my family and I'm loving them so far. As a granola parent, I'm always looking for natural ways to boost our immunity, especially during cold season. The fact that they're gluten-free and have B vitamins is a huge plus for me. My kids actually ask for them because of the orange, tangerine, and raspberry flavors - no more fighting over taking supplements! Has anyone else tried these? I'm curious about the long-term effects on immunity.

IvyIron36, I have to admit I'm skeptical about these gummies. As a mom who's seen too many 'miracle' supplements come and go, I wonder if they're really worth the price. 750mg of Vitamin C sounds high - isn't the daily recommended amount much lower? And are these B vitamins actually doing anything or just marketing fluff? I'd rather get my vitamins from real food. Has anyone checked the sugar content? Last time I bought 'healthy' gummies they were basically candy with vitamins sprinkled in.

Great topic! As another granola parent, I've been using these Emergen-C gummies for about 3 months now. FuelFrank33 raises valid concerns - yes, the RDA for Vitamin C is lower, but higher doses during illness or stress can be beneficial. I checked the label and they use natural flavors and colors, with about 2g of sugar per gummy. What I appreciate most is that they don't have gelatin (animal-based) like many gummies. My advice: pair them with a balanced diet rather than relying solely on supplements. They've definitely helped reduce the duration of colds in our household!

Thanks GummyGuru123! That's reassuring about the ingredients. FuelFrank33 - I understand your skepticism. I was hesitant too, but after my son kept getting sick at daycare, our pediatrician suggested trying a Vitamin C supplement. These were the only ones he'd actually take consistently. The 45-count lasts us about a month for our family of four. Has anyone noticed if they help with energy levels from the B vitamins? I feel like I have more stamina during my morning hikes since starting them.

I appreciate the honest feedback from both of you. GummyGuru123, thanks for checking the sugar content - 2g per gummy isn't terrible. Maybe I'll give them a try for my husband who travels frequently and is always catching planes colds. Do they cause any stomach upset with that high Vitamin C dose? And are they suitable for people with citrus allergies since they're orange/tangerine flavored? I might buy a small pack to test before committing to the 45-count.

FuelFrank33 - great questions! I haven't experienced stomach issues, but I take them with food just in case. For citrus allergies, they're flavored but don't contain actual citrus fruit, though I'd still check with the manufacturer to be safe. IvyIron36 - I've noticed better energy too, especially in the afternoons. The B vitamins definitely help with that. Pro tip: store them in a cool place as they can get sticky in warm weather. Overall, they've been a good addition to our wellness routine alongside our usual fruits and veggies!
