Okay, I just got a bottle of these Force Factor ProbioSlim Keto ACV Gummies because I wanted the benefits of ACV without the harsh taste. But then I looked at the label... 1g of sugar per gummy? That's 120g sugar per bottle! Why do they need to add sugar? It's like they're candy-fying our supplements. I'm thinking of returning them. Anyone else annoyed by this?

Hey @SugarFreeSue, I get where you're coming from, but sugar isn't always the enemy. These gummies are actually pretty low in sugar compared to others (some have 3-4g). And they use organic tapioca syrup, not refined sugar. Plus, the convenience of getting your ACV + probiotics in a tasty form is huge for consistency. I've been using them for a month and my digestion has never been better. Sometimes a little sugar is worth the compliance boost!

I've been taking these since launch and honestly the apple flavor is spot on. But I feel you on the sugar issue. I'm keto so I only have 1-2 gummies a day (instead of 2-3) to keep net carbs low. They work though! My bloating is gone and I feel more energetic. Maybe try cutting back on other sweets to make room for these? Or check out their capsule version if you're super strict.

As a long-time supplement user, I miss the days when we just swallowed pills. But I also remember choking down liquid ACV and it burning my throat. Gummies are a game-changer for taste, but they're basically candy with benefits. The question is: are we fooling ourselves? If the sugar helps us stick to it, maybe it's a net positive. But I wish companies would use sugar alcohols or natural sweeteners like stevia instead.

Thanks for the input, everyone! I guess I'll give them a try, but I'll stick to the serving size. I just worry about the sugar addiction cycle. Appreciate the different perspectives!
