300 Goli ACV gummies? That's a lot of sugar...

Just saw the 300-count bottle of Goli ACV gummies. I mean, they're convenient, but 2 gummies = 5g sugar? That's basically candy. Why not just take a shot of ACV and avoid the sugar? It's not that hard. People are so lazy they need their supplements to taste like gummy bears?

Jenny, I get where you're coming from, but not everyone can stomach straight ACV. I'm a busy professional, I barely have time to eat lunch, let alone mix up some fancy concoction. The gummies might have a bit of sugar, but I burn it off in my workout anyway. It's about compliance - if it tastes good, I'll actually take it.

I'm with Jenny on this one. I'd rather take a moment to mindfully take my ACV with water and lemon. The sugar in these gummies adds up fast if you're not careful. Also, 300 count... that's a lot of plastic packaging. Not very eco-friendly. I'll stick to my DIY approach, thanks.

Let's look at the facts: 5g sugar per serving (2 gummies) isn't terrible compared to most candy, but it's still added sugar. The question is whether the benefits of ACV outweigh the sugar. For me, I'd rather get my B12 from other sources. But if someone is choosing these over soda or sweets, it's a net positive. Convenience matters for adherence.

I guess I see both sides, but it still feels like we're normalizing sugar in everything. There are ACV gummies with no added sugar, why not go for those? Anyway, to each their own. I'll just be over here with my mason jar of ACV lol.
