Are my gummies still safe? They got hard and crystallized!

Hey guys, I bought the Goli ACV gummies (300 count) a while ago and the container has been in my pantry. I noticed they've become really hard and almost crystallized on the outside. Some are stuck together. The expiration date is still good. Are they safe to eat? I don't want to waste them but also not get sick.

Oh, I've had that happen with other gummies! I think it's just sugar bloom from humidity changes. They might be a bit chewy but should be fine. As long as they don't smell weird or have mold, I'd say go ahead. But maybe they won't taste as good. If you have any doubts, just get a new bottle. Better safe than sorry!

I second that. Sugar crystallization is common, especially if they got exposed to some air. They're probably safe. I usually put a silica gel pack in the container after opening to prevent that. But if they are super hard, they might be unpleasant to eat. Maybe you can use them in a smoothie or something? Blend them up!

LOL, I had a batch that became rock hard. I actually used a hammer to break them apart! I still ate them, and I didn't die. But honestly, the texture was gross. I'd say if you can't chew them normally, just toss them. It's not worth breaking your teeth. The vitamins are probably still active, but why suffer? You can find better deals on these anyway.

Haha, I used a hammer too once! But yeah, if they're too hard, they might be past their best. Check for any signs of spoilage like discoloration or an off smell. If not, they're technically safe. But I'd probably use them up in a way that isn't chewing, like dissolve in warm tea or something. Just don't let that stop you from enjoying your routine!
