Hey all, quick question. I'm thinking of getting a 'health pack' as a gift for my dad (65) and my gym buddy (30 something, super into fitness). I saw these Goli ACV gummies - 300 count, vegan, gluten-free, sounds good. But are they actually worth it? And would they work for both? My dad has digestion issues, and my friend just wants an extra edge. Any insights?

Dude, I'm all over those! I keep a bottle at home and in my gym bag. They don't taste like vinegar at all - more like apple candy. I take them pre-workout for a little energy kick (the B12 helps). For your gym friend, they're a solid choice, but honestly, for serious gains, you might want to add some protein gummies or something. But as a general wellness thing? Yes. For your dad, the ACV can help with digestion, but if he's on meds, check with his doc. My mom takes them and loves them. Bottom line: they're a good all-rounder.

I'm skeptical. It's still a gummy with sugar, even if it's organic cane sugar. And ACV in gummy form probably has less of the active stuff. I'd rather give my parents a real supplement with clinical backing. But if you're set on gummies, Goli is a popular brand. Just check the sugar content - 2g per gummy, so if they take 2 a day, that's 4g extra sugar. Not a big deal if they're mindful. Also, note that it's 300 count, which is a lot. At 2 a day, that's 5 months. Make sure they'll actually eat them or share.

Hey Frank, as a holistic healer, I often recommend ACV for its balancing properties. Goli's is decent because they add B12 and use a clean base (no gelatin, vegan, non-GMO). For your dad, the ACV can stimulate digestion and help with bloating. For your friend, it's an antioxidant boost. But remember, gummies are a treat - they shouldn't replace a healthy diet. I'd suggest pairing with a probiotic or a greens powder for a more comprehensive 'health pack'. Also, consider the dose: starting with one a day is fine, then up to two if tolerated. Your dad might not like the idea, but they taste like a treat. I've had clients of all ages enjoy them.

Thanks for the input! Sounds like it's a safe bet for both. I'll grab a bottle for each, maybe add some vitamin D gummies for my dad and some magnesium for my buddy. @UrbanUma, you're right about the protein gummies, but my friend is into clean eating, so these might fit. @EarthElias, good point on the sugar, but I think they're okay as a daily treat. @PeakPaula, thanks for the holistic view - you're right, they're not a magic pill. I'll go ahead and order! Peace out.
