Goli ACV Gummies - Are we just eating candy disguised as supplements?

Okay, I just got my Goli ACV gummies and I'm kinda shocked. The ingredient list shows 2g of sugar per serving! I mean, I get that they're gummies, but isn't the whole point of supplements to be healthy? Feels like we're just candy-fying everything now for convenience. Anyone else bothered by this?

ZenZoe, I hear you. As someone who does intermittent fasting, I'm super careful about sugar intake even in small amounts. The convenience is tempting – I hate the taste of liquid ACV – but adding sugar seems counterproductive. Might stick to the traditional stuff during my eating windows.

As a mom, I'm torn. My kids would never touch liquid vinegar, but they'd gobble these up like candy. That's exactly what worries me! Are we teaching them that supplements should taste like sweets? I want health benefits without the sugar rush and bad habits.

Honestly, I don't sweat the 2g sugar. I'm in the gym 6 days a week and these gummies are way easier to remember than pills or liquids. The B12 boost is legit for energy. Sometimes purity has to take a backseat to actually CONSISTENTLY taking the supplement. Better than skipping it entirely.

IvyIron, I get the consistency argument – between work meetings and travel, I need easy options. But FloraFinn has a point about the 'candy' perception. Maybe there's a middle ground? Like a lightly sweetened version or a pill that doesn't taste awful? Just feels like we're compromising health for marketing.
