New study on ACV gummies – legit or biased?
Hey everyone! I just came across a study (PMID: 34567890) that says apple cider vinegar gummies don't actually have enough acetic acid to do anything useful. The study was funded by a supplement company that sells liquid ACV. Seems biased? But also I love my Goli gummies… thoughts?
Hmm, that's interesting. I've been taking them for a few months and my digestion feels better, but maybe it's placebo? I always try to look at who funded the study. If it's a competitor, I'd take it with a grain of salt. Also, ACV gummies are more about the B12 for me. 🧘♀️
I'm just here for the convenience lol. I don't have time to research studies, I just need something to help with my afternoon slump. The B12 in these is great. But now I'm worried… Is the study saying they're useless? My kid loves the taste too. 😅
The study basically said the dose per gummy is too low to have the same effects as liquid ACV. But Goli has a lot of other ingredients. I think it's still good for the B12 and it's vegan. I'm leaning towards it being biased, but I'll keep taking them. Just wanted to see what you all thought!
Yeah, I think we should take it with a grain of salt (pun intended 😉). I'll stick with mine, they make me feel good. Thanks for sharing though! Always good to stay informed.
