THREAD: Just tried these ACV gummies - anyone else noticing energy boosts?Started by VibeVitamins42

Hey everyone! As a fitness pro, I'm always looking for supplements that actually deliver. I've been taking these Goli ACV gummies for about 3 weeks now. The energy boost from the B12 is legit - I feel more focused during my morning workouts. Plus, being gelatin-free and vegan is a huge win for my clients with dietary restrictions. Anyone else tried incorporating these into their pre-workout routine?

Honestly skeptical about gummy vitamins - aren't they just candy with fancy marketing? I'm a busy professional who barely has time for breakfast, let alone remembering to take supplements. But if these actually help with energy levels during my 12-hour workdays, I might give them a shot. Do they really taste like apple cider vinegar? That sounds... unpleasant.

As a parent who's always checking labels, I appreciate that these are non-GMO and gluten-free! My kids won't touch regular ACV, but they'll happily take these gummies. We've been using them for digestive health support. They taste like apple candy with just a hint of tartness - nothing overwhelming. My only concern is the sugar content - has anyone checked how much is in each serving?

I've been tracking my biohacking experiments for months. These gummies gave me a noticeable B12 boost (confirmed with blood work), but the ACV benefits seem minimal compared to taking the liquid form. For busy professionals like me, the convenience is great, but at this price point, I'm wondering if I'm just paying for the gummy format. Has anyone done a cost comparison with traditional ACV supplements?

Jumping in as another busy professional here! I started these 2 weeks ago and have definitely noticed less afternoon slump at the office. The 300-count bottle is perfect - I keep some at my desk and some at home. They don't upset my stomach like some other supplements do. My question: has anyone experienced better results taking them at a specific time of day? Morning vs. afternoon?
