THREAD: Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies - Are they worth the hype or just another trend?Started by GummyGuru123

Hey everyone! I've been taking these Goli ACV gummies for about 3 months now and I'm OBSESSED! As someone who's tried every health supplement under the sun, these are a game-changer. No more choking down liquid vinegar - these taste like candy but with all the benefits! I've noticed better digestion, more energy from the B12, and my skin is clearer. Plus, being vegan and gluten-free is perfect for my lifestyle. Anyone else loving these as much as I am?

Interesting! I've seen these everywhere but I'm a bit skeptical. As a yoga instructor, I'm careful about what I put in my body. The idea of getting ACV benefits without the harsh taste is appealing, but I wonder about the sugar content? The ingredients list says they use organic tapioca syrup and cane sugar. Also, at 2 calories per gummy, if you take the recommended 2 per day, that's still added sugar. Has anyone checked with their doctor about these? I'm all for natural remedies, but sometimes these trendy supplements aren't as 'clean' as they claim.

Okay, real talk - these things are EXPENSIVE! I'm a college student trying to eat healthy on a ramen budget. The 300-count bottle is like $30+ and that's supposed to last 75 days if you take 2 daily? That's over $0.40 per day just for gummies. I tried the 60-count sample and they tasted good, but is there any cheaper alternative that works just as well? Or should I just stick to the liquid ACV that costs $5 for a huge bottle? Also, GummyGuru123 - you mentioned more energy. Was that immediate or did it take time to notice?

Great questions! MindfulMila - you're right to be cautious about sugar. The sugar content is minimal (1g per gummy) and comes from organic sources, but if you're avoiding all added sugars, these might not be for you. I personally think the benefits outweigh the tiny sugar amount. DynamicDan - the energy boost wasn't immediate for me. Took about 2-3 weeks of consistent use. As for cost, I get them on subscription which saves 15%. Maybe try splitting a bottle with a roommate? The convenience factor is huge for me - I actually remember to take them because they taste good!

Thanks for the honest feedback, GummyGuru! That makes sense about the sugar sources. I might give them a try for a month and see how my body responds. DynamicDan raises a good point about cost-effectiveness though. Has anyone compared these to other ACV gummy brands? I've seen cheaper options at Walmart and Target. Are the Goli ones significantly better quality, or are you mostly paying for marketing? Also, for those who've taken them - do you take them with food or on an empty stomach? I've heard different recommendations.

Update: I caved and bought the 60-count to try for a month. So far (1 week in), they do taste amazing - like sour apple candy. No weird aftertaste. Haven't noticed huge changes yet, but my roommate says my breath doesn't smell like vinegar anymore (lol). MindfulMila - I checked those cheaper brands and they have similar ingredients but less B12. Goli has 120% DV per serving which is pretty high. GummyGuru - how many do you take daily? The bottle says 2, but I've seen influencers taking 3-4. Is that safe?
