Weird side effect from Goli Apple Cider Vinegar gummies?
Hey everyone, I started taking Goli ACV gummies about a week ago (the 300-count bottle). I noticed my urine is super bright yellow, almost neon. It's not painful or anything, just weird. Anyone else get this? I'm assuming it's the B12? Also, I've been having really vivid dreams—like cinematic quality. Lol. Just want to make sure I'm not alone here.
Hey Jack! Yeah, that bright yellow pee is totally the B12 (riboflavin, actually). It's harmless, just your body peeing out excess water-soluble vitamins. I've had that with other B12 supplements. Can't say I've noticed vivid dreams, but I've heard some people get that from ACV or B vitamins. Could be placebo or just your brain being extra active. If it's not bothering you, I wouldn't worry!
