Hey everyone! I'm thinking of getting a health pack for my dad (65, active but stressed) and my gym buddy (30, always pushing). I came across Goli Ashwagandha Gummies with KSM-66 and Vitamin D. They come in a 5-pack. Would this be good for either? Any other gummy suggestions?

For your gym buddy, these are solid. Ashwagandha helps with recovery and cortisol, and the Vitamin D is a bonus. But tbh, if he's into fitness, he might prefer something with creatine or BCAAs in gummy form. But for a natural stress relief + recovery, these are a good pick. I'd definitely recommend them.

As a retired nurse, I'd say for your dad, Ashwagandha can be great for stress and sleep, but do check with his doc if he's on meds. The KSM-66 is a good extract. Vitamin D is essential for older adults. The 5-pack is a huge supply, though. Maybe start with 1 pack to see how he likes them. But it's a thoughtful gift!

I'm all about sustainability, and Goli is vegan and non-GMO, which is great. But also consider the packaging - 5 separate bottles might be a bit much. For a gift, maybe get a single bottle and pair it with something else eco-friendly. Just a thought!

If your dad is into a paleo lifestyle, these are acceptable since they're vegan and non-GMO, but check the sugar content. Ashwagandha is a great adaptogen. For your gym friend, these could be a nice addition. But I'd also look into other options like magnesium gummies for recovery. Overall, a good choice!
