Goli Ashwagandha Gummies - Mixed Berry Flavor: Love it! But which flavor is actually the best?
Hey everyone, I've been using the Goli Ashwagandha gummies for about 3 months now. I LOVE the Mixed Berry flavor—it's sweet but not too artificial, and I can actually taste the ashwagandha root a bit, which I like knowing it's there. But I tried the 'Citrus Burst' flavor from a friend's pack and... wow, it tasted like cleaning products to me. Really harsh aftertaste. I'm about to reorder, but I don't want to risk another bad flavor. Has anyone tried all the flavors? Which one is the consensus 'best' for daily use? Looking for something smooth and not overly tangy.
OP, I feel you. I'm on my 2nd 5-pack of these. The Mixed Berry is solid—no complaints. I tried the 'Tropical Punch' once because it was on sale, and it was way too sweet for me, almost cloying. Stuck with Mixed Berry since. But honestly, if you're optimizing for consistency and avoiding any weird aftertastes, Mixed Berry seems like the safe bet. I don't have time to experiment with flavors when I'm juggling back-to-back meetings. Maybe just stock up on what you know works?
lol i'm the opposite—i live for intense flavors to wake me up! i've tried all 3 (Mixed Berry, Citrus Burst, Tropical Punch). Citrus Burst is my go-to. yeah it's sharp, but it cuts through my morning coffee haze like nothing else. if you hated it, definitely avoid. Tropical Punch is okay, but it's kinda generic candy taste. mixed berry is the mildest, so if you want no surprises, stick with that. but hey, if you're feeling adventurous, maybe split a pack with someone to test?
Thanks for the input! @AlphaAdam365, I hear you on the consistency—maybe I'm overthinking it. @MountainMike, interesting that Citrus Burst works for you with caffeine; I hadn't considered the synergy. I might just grab Mixed Berry again to be safe, but I'll keep an eye out for any new flavors. Anyone know if Goli plans to release more variants? Would love a more earthy option.
