Hey all, been trying to replicate something like those Goli Ashwagandha gummies at home. I love the KSM-66 extract and Vitamin D combo for stress support, but buying the 5-pack gets pricey. Tried my own batch with gelatin, ashwagandha powder, and vitamin D drops. Result: rubbery blobs that taste like dirt. Anyone have a solid recipe or tips on ratios? I'm thinking maybe agar would work better for texture? #biohacking

lol Vince, been there! I tried making some with my kids last weekend - wanted something healthier than store gummies. Used agar and berry juice, but my ashwagandha powder clumped up and sank to the bottom. Ended up with weird layered gummies, strong at the bottom, weak on top. Maybe try mixing the powder with a little honey first? Also, those Goli ones have that mixed berry flavor masking the herb taste - might need more sweetener.

OP, why not just buy the Goli 5-pack? 300 gummies lasts me months and the KSM-66 is legit for recovery. But if you're set on DIY: 1) Use liquid extracts instead of powders - way easier to mix. 2) Add citric acid for that tangy kick. 3) Temp control is key - don't let gelatin boil! My batch seized up once and I had to chuck it. Not worth the hassle IMO when you can get vegan/non-GMO ready-made.

Ah, takes me back to my 2012 blog days when I reviewed every gummy vitamin on the market! For homemade, texture is everything. Try this: 1/2 cup juice, 2 tbsp gelatin OR 1 tbsp agar (for vegan), 1 tsp ashwagandha extract (not powder!), sweetener to taste. Heat gently, stir CONSTANTLY, pour into molds fast. The Goli ones work because they use premium root extract - home powders can be gritty. P.S. Their mixed berry flavor is nostalgic perfection!
