Hey everyone! I just started taking these Goli Ashwagandha Gummies last week and wanted to share my initial thoughts. As a parent of two energetic kids, I'm always looking for natural ways to manage stress without resorting to caffeine or other stimulants. The KSM-66 extract caught my eye since it's supposed to be more potent. So far, I've noticed I'm feeling a bit more relaxed in the evenings, but it's still early days. Has anyone else tried these for longer than a week? I'm curious about the Vitamin D addition too - seems smart for winter months!

I've been taking these for about three weeks now! I'm also a parent (three kids here, so I feel your pain GummyGuru123) and I was pretty skeptical at first. I've tried other ashwagandha supplements in powder form and hated the taste, so the gummy format was appealing. The mixed berry flavor is actually decent - not too sweet or artificial tasting. I've noticed I'm sleeping more soundly and waking up less during the night. My only concern is the price point - these aren't cheap! Are they really better than regular ashwagandha capsules?

Taste-focused foodie checking in! I picked these up mainly because I'm terrible at swallowing pills and wanted something that actually tastes good. The texture is perfect - not too chewy, not too soft. The mixed berry flavor is subtle but pleasant, no weird aftertaste. I can't speak much to the stress relief benefits since I'm mostly taking them as a vitamin D supplement with a tasty delivery method. Has anyone noticed if they help with focus during the day? I work in a high-pressure kitchen environment and could use all the help I can get!

Thanks for sharing your experiences! IvyIron36 - I agree about the price, but I figure if it helps me avoid buying multiple separate supplements, it might be worth it in the long run. Steve, interesting point about focus! I haven't noticed much difference there yet, but I'm only on day 10. One thing I appreciate is that they're vegan and non-GMO - that was important for our household. Quick question for everyone: Do you take them at a specific time of day? I've been doing two in the morning with breakfast, but wondering if evening would be better for sleep benefits.
