THREAD: Just started these ashwagandha gummies - anyone else noticing better stress management?Started by NootropicNoah

Hey all, Crossfit junkie here. I've been using these Goli Ashwagandha Gummies for about 3 weeks now. Honestly, I was skeptical at first - I usually stick to powders and capsules for my nootropics. But the convenience of these gummies is legit. I take two before my morning WOD and I feel like my cortisol levels stay more stable throughout the day. The mixed berry flavor is actually pretty good - not too sweet. Anyone else using these for athletic performance? Curious if you've noticed better recovery times.

Namaste, yoga instructor here! I've been incorporating these into my daily routine for about a month. What I appreciate most is the combination with Vitamin D - as someone who teaches mostly indoor classes, that's a nice bonus. The KSM-66 extract seems high quality. I've noticed I'm less reactive to stressful situations with my more... challenging students. The vegan and non-GMO aspects align with my values too. Has anyone experienced better sleep quality? I think I'm sleeping more deeply but want to hear others' experiences.

Holistic healer checking in! I've been recommending adaptogens for years, but gummies always made me wary of sugar content. These surprised me - clean ingredients and that premium root extract makes a difference. The 5-pack is perfect for clients who want to try before committing to a larger supply. I've had several meditation students report reduced anxiety within 2 weeks. BioBob47 - since you're new to meditation, these might help with that initial mental chatter. Anyone concerned about the price? At about $0.33 per gummy, they're pricier than some alternatives.

Meditation rookie here - thanks for the tag, GummyGuru! I've been struggling to quiet my mind during sessions. Started these gummies 10 days ago because pills make me gag. The taste is actually enjoyable - like adult fruit snacks. I think I'm noticing less racing thoughts? Hard to tell if it's placebo or actual effect. How long did it take others to feel noticeable benefits? Also, is taking them at night better than morning for meditation purposes?

BioBob - I'd give it a solid 2-3 weeks for consistent effects. The KSM-66 is standardized, so it should be reliable. For timing, I'd experiment - some of my Crossfit buddies take them post-workout for recovery, others in the morning. Personally, I wouldn't take them right before bed since ashwagandha can be mildly stimulating for some people. MindfulMila - I haven't tracked sleep specifically, but my WHOOP strap shows better HRV scores since starting. GummyGuru makes a good point about cost though - I'm burning through these fast with my training load.

BioBob, welcome to the journey! I'd second Noah's 2-3 week timeline. Our bodies need time to adapt. I take mine with breakfast - the Vitamin D absorption is better with food anyway. For meditation, I've found taking them about an hour before practice helps me settle in faster. GummyGuru, I agree about the price, but considering it's a 5-pack with both KSM-66 AND Vitamin D, it feels reasonable compared to buying separate supplements. Has anyone tried cycling these? I'm considering taking weekends off to maintain sensitivity.
