Hey everyone! Just stumbled upon these Goli Supergreens Gummies and I'm intrigued. As a parent trying to keep my family healthy and eco-conscious, I love that they're vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO. Has anyone tried them with kids? My little ones are picky eaters, so getting greens into them is a battle. Also, curious about the sourcing - are the ingredients organic and sustainably harvested?

Ooh, I've actually been using these for a few weeks now! The taste is surprisingly good - they have a mild berry flavor that masks any 'green' bitterness. The texture is chewy without being too sticky. But honestly, I'm not sure if I notice any health benefits yet. Has anyone else felt more energized or seen improvements in digestion? I'm a bit skeptical about gummies delivering real results compared to fresh greens.

Interesting product. Looking at the label: artichoke leaf extract is known for liver support, spirulina is a protein-rich algae, and kale provides antioxidants. The inclusion of vitamins A, B6, and B12 is smart for vegans who might lack B12. However, I'm concerned about the sugar content in gummies - can anyone confirm the carb count per serving? Also, probiotics in gummy form might not survive stomach acid well. Any studies on their efficacy?

Thanks for the input, LunarLily39 and KetoKevin38! Kevin, you raise a good point about sugar - I checked and they use organic cane sugar, but it's still something to watch. Lily, did your digestion improve at all? My husband has occasional bloating, and I'm wondering if the probiotics might help. Also, has anyone compared these to other supergreens powders? I hate the chalky texture of powders, so gummies seem appealing.

Ellen, I haven't noticed major digestion changes, but my skin does feel a bit clearer! Maybe that's the vitamins? Kevin, I think the probiotics are included to aid absorption, but I'm no scientist. To your question about powders vs. gummies - I've tried both, and these are way more enjoyable. No mixing or gritty aftertaste. But they are pricier. Anyone found a good deal on the 5-pack?

Based on my research, the probiotics in these (likely Lactobacillus or Bifidobacterium strains) can be effective if microencapsulated to survive digestion. Ellen, for bloating, artichoke extract might help more than probiotics alone. Lily, skin benefits could be from vitamin A's role in cell turnover. Overall, this seems like a decent supplement for convenience, but I'd recommend pairing it with whole foods for best results. Always consult a doc if you have specific health concerns!
