Hey everyone, just started trying these Lunakai gummies last week. As a busy professional juggling work and family, I was desperate for something to help with stress and sleep. So far, I've noticed I'm falling asleep faster, but I'm curious about the long-term effects. Has anyone else used them consistently for a month or more? Also, any tips on timing—should I take them right before bed or earlier in the evening?

I'm a bit skeptical about these. As someone who's really into food and taste, I tried them and found the flavor to be oddly metallic—maybe from the magnesium? It's not terrible, but definitely not as pleasant as regular gummies. Has anyone else experienced this, or did I get a bad batch? Also, I'm wondering about the L-Theanine dosage—is 426mg enough to actually make a difference for stress relief compared to other supplements?

Totally agree with HubermanHopeful on the taste front! I'm a foodie too, and I was hoping for something more natural-tasting. I've been using them for two weeks now, and while I do feel a bit calmer in the evenings, the gummy texture is a bit chewy for my liking. On the plus side, I appreciate that they're vegan and non-GMO. Has anyone tried pairing them with other supplements for better sleep, like melatonin or chamomile?

As a busy professional who hits the gym regularly, I've been using these gummies for about a month to help with post-workout recovery and sleep. They've been a game-changer for me—I wake up feeling more rested and less sore. To PurePete29, I take mine about 30 minutes before bed, and it works great. For the taste critics, maybe try chilling them in the fridge? That seemed to mask the metallic note for me. Overall, highly recommend for anyone in a high-stress routine!

Thanks for the advice, FitnessFanatic! I'll try the fridge trick and see if it helps with the taste. DynamicDan31, I haven't paired them with anything else yet, but I'm considering adding a bit of melatonin on especially stressful nights. Has anyone had any side effects, like grogginess in the morning? I want to make sure I'm not overdoing it.

Good point, PurePete29—I did feel a bit groggy the first few mornings, but it subsided after a week. Maybe start with half a gummy to see how your body reacts? Also, to address my earlier skepticism, I did some research and the 426mg magnesium glycinate is a decent dose for relaxation, but the L-Theanine might be on the lower end. Anyone else have insights on the science behind this combo?
