Hey everyone, I just saw these MaryRuth Organics Biotin Gummies advertised and I'm intrigued! As a busy professional who hits the gym 5 days a week, I'm always looking for supplements that support recovery and overall health. The sugar-free and vegan aspects are appealing since I try to avoid processed sugars. Has anyone tried these specifically for hair and nail strength? I've been dealing with some brittle nails lately from all the weightlifting.

Ooh, I've been using these for about 3 months now! As a granola parent, I love that they're Non-GMO and vegan - perfect for our family's values. My teenage daughter and I both take them. I've noticed my hair seems shinier and grows faster, though it's hard to say if it's just the gummies or my overall diet. My daughter says her nails are less prone to breaking too. The only downside is they're a bit pricey, but we buy in bulk.

I'm skeptical about these kinds of supplements. As another granola parent, I believe in getting nutrients from whole foods rather than gummies. 2,500 mcg of biotin sounds like a lot - is that safe for daily consumption? Also, 'sugar-free' often means artificial sweeteners, which I avoid. Can anyone confirm what sweetener they use? I'd rather just eat more almonds and eggs for biotin naturally.

As a fitness professional, I've recommended biotin supplements to clients for years, though I usually prefer capsules over gummies. The 2,500 mcg dosage is standard and safe for most adults - biotin is water-soluble so excess gets excreted. For hair and nail benefits, consistency is key! Take them daily for at least 3-4 months to see real results. I appreciate that these are vegan since many clients have dietary restrictions. Anyone notice improvements in skin texture?

Thanks for the feedback everyone! @OrganicOlivia44, good to hear about your positive experience. @MindfulMila28, I checked the label online - they use organic tapioca syrup and organic cane sugar (despite saying 'sugar free' in the title, which is confusing). @GlowGigi34, appreciate the professional insight about consistency. I think I'll give these a try for 3 months and report back. Do they taste decent at least?

@FitnessFanatic45 They actually taste pretty good! Like a mild berry flavor. My daughter loves them, which makes our morning routine easier. @MindfulMila28, I understand your skepticism - we eat plenty of biotin-rich foods too, but these are convenient for busy days. The sweetener situation is indeed misleading in the product title though. For what it's worth, we haven't experienced any side effects.
