Anyone else notice other benefits from these gummies?

So I started taking these Luna Kids Sleep Gummies for my 7yo who had trouble sleeping. They work great for that, but I've noticed something weird - my own skin has been looking amazing lately! I don't take them myself, but my daughter does. Could it be the chamomile or something? Anyone else see unexpected benefits?

Haha, that's awesome but not surprising! Those ingredients are packed with antioxidants. Chamomile and lemon balm are known for their calming and skin-soothing properties. Even if you're not eating them directly, maybe you're absorbing some good vibes? Or it's just a coincidence. Either way, glad they work for your kid. Go vegan!

I've been taking these for my little one too, and honestly, my stress levels have dropped. I thought it was just me getting better sleep because she's sleeping through the night, but I read that valerian root can have a calming effect even on the parents? Maybe it's the smell? Lol. But yeah, I'm not complaining.

I'm a bit skeptical. I give these to my son and he sleeps better, but I haven't noticed any crazy changes in my skin or stress. Maybe it's placebo? Or you guys are just getting better sleep which does wonders for your skin and mood. Correlation isn't causation, you know. But hey, if it works, it works. Just make sure to check with your doc about long-term use for kids.
