Found Luna Kids Sleep Gummies at Costco for cheap - too good to be true?
Hey fellow gum enthusiasts! So I'm at Costco yesterday and spot a giant bag of Nested Naturals Luna Kids Sleep Gummies marked down to $9.99 (normally like $20+ online). My kiddo has trouble winding down, so I grabbed two. But now I'm wondering – is this a legit steal or did they cheap out on ingredients? The label looks the same as the ones on Amazon. Anyone else find these on sale? Are they as good as the regular price ones?
That price is suspiciously low, but tbh Costco is known for bulk discounts. I've used these gummies for my niece – they're solid. Non-habit forming melatonin with valerian and chamomile. No artificial junk. I'd say it's a steal. Just check the expiration date. If it's far out, you're golden. Plus the mixed berry taste is actually pretty good, not mediciney. I'd stock up if I were you!
I'm all about clean supplements. I've bought these from Target before and they worked great for my son. The sale price doesn't necessarily mean lower quality – retailers sometimes just want to clear shelf space. I'd say go for it. Just make sure you're not overdoing the melatonin. The dose is 0.5mg per gummy, which is perfect for kids. My only complaint? They're a bit sticky in hot weather, so store them cool.
Thanks guys! Expiration is like 18 months out, so that's good. I feel better about my impulse buy. My daughter tried one last night and she was out like a light in 30 mins. No grogginess this morning. I think the combo of herbs really helps. And yeah, the berry flavor is legit. I might grab a few more bags before the sale ends. Appreciate the input!
Nice! Glad it worked out. Just a heads up – if you're using them regularly, cycle them (like 2-3 times a week) to avoid tolerance buildup. Even though they're non-habit forming, the body can get used to melatonin. Also, the valerian root can be strong for some kids – start with half a gummy if you're unsure. But overall, great find!
