Hey everyone, I'm looking to put together a little health pack as a gift—either for my mom who's been having trouble sleeping lately, or for my buddy who's super into fitness and recovery. I saw these Nested Naturals Luna Kids Sleep Gummies with melatonin, valerian root, etc. Has anyone tried these for adults? Or should I look for something else? Budget is flexible but don't wanna overspend if it's not effective. Thanks!

tbh i havent tried those specific ones but i've used similar melatonin gummies for myself (college sleep schedule is a mess lol). they can work but check the dosage—kids versions might be too low for an adult. also valerian root smells kinda funky just fyi. if ur on a budget, maybe look for store-brand options? they're usually cheaper and do the same thing.

I actually bought these for my niece last month! The mixed berry flavor is nice, and she sleeps through the night now. For an aging parent, I'd recommend checking with their doctor first—melatonin can interact with some meds. For a fitness friend, maybe pair it with a magnesium supplement? That's what I use for recovery after long workdays. Busy life, gotta optimize sleep!

Okay, first—these are VEGAN which is great, but they have 3g of sugar per gummy. That's a no-go for keto or low-carb lifestyles. If your friend is fitness-obsessed, they might prefer a sugar-free sleep aid. Valerian and chamomile are solid herbs for relaxation, though. For your mom, look into a higher-quality adult formula with L-theanine too. Always prioritize clean ingredients! #WellnessJourney
