Hey everyone, I'm trying to find a good 'health pack' or specific gummies to gift either my aging mom (she's 68) or my fitness-obsessed buddy. My mom has trouble sleeping sometimes, and my friend is always looking for natural supplements to support recovery. I saw these Nested Naturals Luna Kids Sleep Gummies with melatonin, valerian root, etc. - but they're for kids. Anyone have experience with adult versions or similar products?
