THREAD: Started OLLY Energy Gummies for sleep, got unexpected benefits! Anyone else?Started by HealthHacker41

Hey all, so I grabbed these OLLY Extra Strength Energy Gummies last month, mainly hoping they'd help regulate my sleep cycle since I'm up late tinkering with gadgets. But weirdly, my sleep's still meh - BUT my skin's looking way clearer? Like, I usually get breakouts from stress-coding, but my face has been smooth for weeks. Could the B12 or CoQ10 be doing that? Not complaining, just curious if it's a known side effect!

OMG yes! I take these pre-marathon training for the B12 boost (caffeine-free is key for my stomach), and I've totally noticed less stress during long runs. My skin's also glowy, but I figured it was from sweating lol. Maybe the goji berry antioxidants? Have you tracked your diet changes too, HealthHacker41? Sometimes it's a combo effect.

Retired nurse here - interesting observation! B12 and CoQ10 can support cellular energy and repair, which might explain skin improvements. I'd recommend checking if you're also hydrating more since starting them (dehydration can worsen skin). But honestly, if it's working without side effects, enjoy the bonus! Just don't exceed the dose - 1000mcg B12 is plenty.

Love that you're seeing benefits! I'm wary of supplements generally (prefer whole foods), but the berry yuzu flavor is naturally derived, right? If it's helping your skin, maybe it's balancing something missing in your tech-heavy lifestyle, HealthHacker41. Have you tried pairing it with organic snacks? Might amplify the effects sustainably!
