Hey everyone, just started trying these OLLY Energy Gummies this week. As a busy professional juggling work and workouts, I need something to keep me going without the caffeine jitters. Has anyone else used these? Do they actually help with sustained energy throughout the day?

Interesting product! I'm a bit skeptical about supplements in general, but the ingredients caught my eye. 1000mcg of B12 is a high dose—most adults only need 2.4mcg daily. CoQ10 and goji berry are antioxidants, but I wonder about the actual bioavailability in gummy form. Has anyone looked into the research on these combinations for energy?

Good point, Nancy! I didn't dive too deep into the science, but I can share my experience so far. I've been taking one gummy in the morning, and I do feel a subtle boost—not like coffee, but more like I'm less sluggish by mid-afternoon. The berry yuzu flavor is tasty, but I'm curious if others have noticed any side effects or if it's worth the price compared to other B12 supplements.

Thanks for sharing your experience! It's helpful to hear real-world feedback. From a science perspective, B12 can aid in energy metabolism, but excess is usually excreted. CoQ10 might support cellular energy, but evidence varies. I'd advise checking if you have a B12 deficiency first—otherwise, it might just be placebo. Has anyone tried these long-term or compared them to whole food sources like eggs or fish for B12?
