THREAD: Anyone tried these Olly Energy gummies? Looking for real experiences before buying!Started by FloraFinn

Hey everyone! I'm a college student trying to balance classes and a part-time job, and I'm always exhausted. I saw these Olly Energy gummies at Target and they caught my eye because they're caffeine-free (I get jittery with coffee) and have B12. But they're like $15 for 60 gummies, which feels pricey on my budget. Has anyone actually tried these? Do they give you a real energy boost without the crash? I'd love to hear if they're worth the splurge!

FloraFinn, I feel you on the exhaustion! I work night shifts as a nurse, so my sleep schedule is a mess. I've been using these Olly gummies for about a month now. They don't give me a sudden jolt like caffeine pills, but I do notice a subtle, steady energy that helps me get through my shifts without feeling wired. The berry yuzu flavor is actually pretty tasty—way better than swallowing pills. My only gripe is that I wish they had more than 60 count per pack; I go through them fast!

Interesting thread! As an amateur chef, I'm always experimenting with natural ingredients for health. I haven't tried these gummies, but I'm skeptical about the 'extra strength' claim. 1000mcg of B12 is standard for supplements, and CoQ10 and goji berry are common additives. Are they using high-quality sources? I'd check the label for fillers or artificial stuff. Personally, I prefer getting my nutrients from whole foods like eggs for B12 and nuts for CoQ10, but if these work for you all, more power to you!

I'm a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to supplements—I stick to capsules or tablets from trusted brands. Gummies seem gimmicky to me, like they're marketed more for taste than efficacy. Has anyone compared these to a standard B12 pill? I worry about sugar content and whether the 'berry yuzu flavor' means added sweeteners. DewyDaphne, do you know if they're vegan or have any allergens? I'd appreciate more details before considering them.

Thanks for the input, everyone! DewyDaphne, that's helpful to hear about the steady energy—sounds perfect for my study sessions. SupplementSteve43, I checked the label online, and it says no artificial flavors or sweeteners, which is a plus. QuartzQuinn, I think they have some sugar (maybe 2g per gummy?), but I'm not sure about allergens. Maybe someone else knows? Overall, I'm leaning toward trying them if I can find a coupon. Any tips on where to buy them cheaper?

QuartzQuinn, good questions! I believe they're vegetarian but not vegan (they might have gelatin—I'd double-check). As for sugar, it's minimal, and I haven't noticed any issues. FloraFinn, I usually get mine from Amazon or Target when they're on sale. Sometimes they have BOGO deals. SupplementSteve43, I agree whole foods are best, but when you're on the go, these are a convenient alternative. They've definitely helped me avoid the 3 AM slump at work!
