THREAD: Anyone tried these Olly Energy gummies? Need honest reviews from fellow tired parents!Started by VibeVitamins42

Hey everyone, I'm a mom of two toddlers and I'm running on fumes most days. I saw these Olly Energy gummies at Target and was intrigued because they're caffeine-free (can't handle coffee jitters with kids screaming). Has anyone actually tried these? Do they give you a real energy boost or is it just marketing? I'm specifically wondering about the B12 and CoQ10 combo - does it work for that afternoon slump when you're trying to get through dinner prep?

As a personal trainer, I've been using these for about 3 months now. The science checks out - 1000mcg B12 supports cellular energy production, and CoQ10 helps with mitochondrial function. I take two in the morning before my 5am client sessions. They won't give you a caffeine-like rush, but I notice sustained energy throughout my 12-hour days. The berry yuzu flavor is actually decent too. For parents like you, I'd say give them 2 weeks to build up in your system before judging effectiveness.

OMG VibeVitamins42 I feel you! I'm a single mom with a 4-year-old and I've been using these for a month. Honestly? Mixed results. The first week I didn't feel much, but around day 10 I started noticing I wasn't hitting that 3pm wall as hard. They don't replace sleep (wish they did!), but I'm less likely to fall asleep putting my kid to bed now. My question: has anyone experienced any stomach issues? I got mild nausea the first few days but it went away.

Thanks both! GlowGigi that's helpful about the adjustment period. VibeVitamins - do you think the 'extra strength' makes a difference compared to regular vitamins? The price is pretty steep ($25 for 60 count) so I'm trying to decide if it's worth it over my regular multivitamin. Also, has anyone tried taking just one instead of two? Wondering if I could stretch the bottle longer on lighter days.

Good questions. The 'extra strength' refers to the B12 dosage - most gummies have 500mcg, these have 1000mcg. For energy purposes, that higher dose matters. Regarding dosage: I've experimented and found two gives optimal results, but one might work for maintenance days. Pro tip: buy them on subscription from the Olly website - comes out to about $20 with free shipping. Much better than retail.

Update: I tried the one-gummy approach on weekends when I'm less active. It's okay, but definitely feel the difference compared to two. To answer your stomach question VibeVitamins42 - I take mine with a small snack and that helped. Final verdict: they're not magic, but as a sleep-deprived parent, any legitimate energy help is welcome. Would give them 7/10 - effective but pricey. Anyone else have experiences to share?
