THREAD: Anyone else tried these Olly Energy gummies? Need honest reviews before my next marathon!Started by EarthElias

Hey everyone, I'm training for my third marathon and always looking for natural energy boosts without the jitters. Saw these Olly Energy gummies at the store - caffeine free with B12 and CoQ10 sounds perfect for my long runs. Has anyone actually used these during endurance training? Do they give you sustained energy or just a quick sugar rush? Also curious about the berry yuzu flavor - is it too sweet?

OMG I've been using these for 2 weeks now! As someone who's trying to cut back on my 4-cups-of-coffee-a-day habit, these have been a game changer. The energy is much smoother than caffeine - no crash at 3pm. The 1000mcg B12 really seems to work for me. But honestly, the flavor is AMAZING - like fancy gummy candy. My only complaint is they're so good I have to stop myself from eating more than the recommended 2 gummies!

Skeptical tech guy here. I've tried every supplement under the sun for those late-night coding sessions. The ingredients look decent on paper - B12 for energy metabolism, CoQ10 for cellular energy. But at $15-20 for 60 gummies, that's about $0.25-0.33 per dose. Has anyone done the math on whether this is actually cost-effective compared to traditional B12 supplements? Also, the 'extra strength' claim - is there any data backing that up?

Thanks MindfulMila48! That's helpful. I might give them a try for my weekend long runs. FuelFrank raises a good point about cost though. I usually take a B12 tablet that costs about $10 for 100 tablets. The convenience of gummies vs tablets might be worth the extra cost if they actually work better. Has anyone compared the effects to regular B12 supplements?

FuelFrank - I hear you on the cost! I was using a B12 spray before this that was cheaper per dose, but I never remembered to use it consistently. With these gummies, I actually look forward to taking them (they're that tasty). As for 'extra strength' - the 1000mcg B12 is higher than many supplements I've seen. The combo with CoQ10 and goji berry does seem to work synergistically for me. EarthElias - they definitely don't give me that sugar crash feeling, but I'm not running marathons either!

Alright, you've convinced me to at least try them. Ordered a pack on Amazon - should arrive tomorrow. I'll report back after a week of using them during my late-night gaming/development sessions. If they can keep me focused past midnight without the caffeine jitters, they might be worth the premium. Still skeptical about the 'goji berry' marketing though - seems like buzzword ingredient padding. Anyone know what that actually adds?
