Mixing OLLY Goodbye Stress with my morning coffee?

Hey everyone, quick question. I've been taking OLLY Goodbye Stress gummies for a week now and they help with anxiety (Berry flavor is bomb). But I'm also a heavy coffee drinker (like 3-4 cups a day). Can I take the gummy and still have my coffee? Not sure if the L-Theanine and caffeine clash or something. Any experiences?

Bro, I'm basically a walking espresso shot. I take the OLLY stress gummies with my morning coffee all the time. L-Theanine actually pairs well with caffeine – it smooths out the jitters. So you get the focus without the crash. Just don't overdo it on the caffeine. 3-4 cups might be pushing it. Try 2 cups and see how you feel.

I take the same gummies but I'm a coffee addict too (like 5 cups lol). I haven't had any issues. Actually feel less anxious than before. But honestly, listen to your body. Maybe start with one cup and the gummy? Also, the lemon balm in it might make you drowsy for some, so coffee helps counter that. Imo it's a good combo.

Since we're talking about mixing supplements, I'd recommend checking the timing. I take the gummy at night because it makes me sleepy (the GABA and lemon balm). But if you take it with coffee, the caffeine might mask the calming effects. Might work better if you take the gummy after coffee? Just a thought. Also, I track my sleep with a Fitbit, and when I take it at night, my deep sleep increases. So maybe avoid taking it too close to caffeine?
