Hey everyone, I just came across this OLLY Goodbye Stress Gummy and I'm intrigued by the ingredients! GABA, L-Theanine, and Lemon Balm all have some interesting research behind them for stress relief. Has anyone tried this product? I'd love to hear about real-world experiences, especially regarding dosage and timing. As a science enthusiast, I'm curious if the combination works synergistically or if it's just marketing hype.

NatureNancy46, great question! I've been biohacking with similar supplements for years. I tried the OLLY gummies last month. The GABA (200mg) and L-Theanine (100mg) combo is solid for calming the nervous system—I take one in the afternoon to avoid the 3 PM slump. Lemon Balm adds a nice herbal touch. My advice: pair it with magnesium for better sleep. Anyone else stacking supplements with this?

I'm a bit skeptical as a mom trying to manage stress naturally. Are these gummies safe for long-term use? I've read mixed things about GABA supplements crossing the blood-brain barrier. Also, the berry flavor sounds tasty, but I worry about added sugars or artificial stuff. Has anyone checked the label thoroughly? I'd rather stick to meditation and chamomile tea if this is just a quick fix.

HealthHacker, valid concerns! I looked into the research—GABA might have peripheral effects even if it doesn't cross the BBB much, and L-Theanine is generally safe. The OLLY product uses natural flavors and colors, but it does have some sugar (3g per gummy). Maybe start with half a gummy to test tolerance? SupplementSteve43, thanks for the tip on magnesium—I'll try that combo and report back!

HealthHacker, I get the skepticism. For me, it's a tool in the toolbox—not a replacement for healthy habits. I've used it short-term during high-stress periods with no issues. The 60-count pack lasts about a month if you take one daily. NatureNancy46, let me know how the magnesium combo goes! Anyone else have dosage tweaks or experiences with berry vs. other flavors?
