THREAD: Anyone tried these OLLY stress gummies? Looking for real experiences before buyingStarted by KetoKevin

Hey everyone! I've been traveling through Southeast Asia for the past 6 months and the stress of constant timezone changes and unreliable WiFi has been killing me. Saw these OLLY stress gummies at a pharmacy here and was curious if anyone has tried them. The ingredients list looks interesting - GABA, L-Theanine, Lemon Balm - all things I've heard mentioned in biohacking circles. Do they actually help with that wired-but-tired feeling when you're trying to work odd hours? And more importantly, are they keto-friendly? I'm strict about my macros even on the road.

I'm always skeptical about these trendy supplements. As a mom of three, I've seen so many "miracle" products come and go. What's the actual science behind these? GABA supplements have mixed research - some studies show they don't even cross the blood-brain barrier effectively. And at what, $15-20 for 60 gummies? That adds up fast. Has anyone checked if there's independent third-party testing? My kids are always grabbing for gummy vitamins, and I don't want something like this accidentally ending up in their hands either.

I've been using these for about 3 weeks now! As someone who hits the gym 6 days a week, I deal with both physical stress from workouts and mental stress from my corporate job. The berry flavor is actually pretty good - not too sweet or artificial tasting. I take two when I get home from work before my evening workout. Noticed I'm less irritable during heavy lift sessions and recover better. The L-Theanine is great for taking the edge off without making you drowsy. My only complaint is the sugar content - 2g per serving, which isn't terrible but adds up if you're tracking everything like I am.

Thanks for the input Olivia! The sugar content is concerning for my keto lifestyle - 2g per serving means 4g if taking the recommended 2 gummies. That's almost my entire daily carb allowance right there. Vince makes a good point about the science too. Maybe I'll look for a capsule version with similar ingredients instead. Has anyone found a sugar-free alternative that works just as well? I'm dealing with some serious travel burnout and need something that actually works, not just placebo effect.

Olivia, glad they're working for you! But I'm still not convinced. For that price, you could buy actual lemon balm tea and L-Theanine capsules separately and probably save money while knowing exactly what you're getting. The gummy format seems more about marketing than effectiveness. Has anyone compared these to traditional methods like meditation or proper sleep hygiene? I've found that 10 minutes of deep breathing does more for my stress than any supplement ever has - and it's free!

Totally get the skepticism Vince! And Kevin, you're right about the sugar - might not be ideal for strict keto. For me, the convenience factor is huge. After a 10-hour workday followed by 90 minutes at the gym, sometimes I just need something easy. The gummies are quick and I don't have to think about it. But you're both right - they're not magic. I still meditate and prioritize sleep. These just help take the edge off on particularly stressful days. Maybe start with a smaller pack before committing to the big bottle?
