Hey everyone, I spotted these OLLY gummies at the store and was intrigued by the natural ingredients like lemon balm and GABA. As someone who tries to avoid synthetic chemicals, I'm curious if anyone has experience with these. Are the ingredients sustainably sourced? The packaging seems a bit excessive for just 60 gummies - wish companies would focus more on eco-friendly materials. Has anyone checked if OLLY uses recyclable containers?

I've been using these for about 3 weeks now! Got them the day they launched online. The berry flavor is actually pretty decent - not too sweet or artificial tasting. I take one in the afternoon when work stress peaks, and I do feel noticeably calmer within 30-45 minutes. The GABA/L-theanine combo seems legit. My only complaint is the price - $25 for 60 servings feels steep compared to traditional supplements. But hey, early adopter tax, right? ๐Ÿ˜…

Interesting product! I'm always looking for natural ways to manage stress since I run a busy kitchen. Has anyone tried incorporating these ingredients into food instead? I've used lemon balm in teas before, but GABA supplements are new to me. RhinoRich - do you take them daily or just as needed? Also, any noticeable side effects like drowsiness? Wouldn't want to be nodding off while prepping dinner service!

I'm skeptical about the GABA claims. From what I've learned (big Huberman Lab podcast fan here), oral GABA supplements might not cross the blood-brain barrier effectively. The L-theanine and lemon balm could be doing the heavy lifting. Has anyone done a proper comparison - like taking just L-theanine vs this combo? I'm all for stress relief but want to make sure I'm not paying premium for placebo effect. PeakPaula makes a good point about packaging too.

SupplementSteve43 - I take them as needed, usually 3-4 times a week. No drowsiness for me, just takes the edge off. HubermanHopeful - fair point about GABA! I haven't done controlled comparisons, but subjectively they work better for me than when I tried plain L-theanine capsules last year. Maybe the combination creates synergy? Or maybe the gummy format improves absorption? Would love to see some proper studies on this specific formulation.

Thanks for the insights everyone! RhinoRich, glad they're working for you despite the price. I checked OLLY's website - they claim to use recyclable bottles but don't mention post-consumer recycled content. HubermanHopeful, your skepticism is healthy. Maybe I'll try growing my own lemon balm first before buying these. Has anyone found a more affordable alternative with similar ingredients? Or are these truly unique?
