Hey everyone, I'm a bit skeptical about this OLLY Heavenly Hair Gummy. As a mom, I'm always cautious about supplements for my family. Has anyone actually tried these? I'm worried they might just be expensive candy with fancy marketing. What's the real evidence that biotin and keratin in gummy form actually help hair health? And 30-day supply for 60 count - does that mean 2 gummies per day? That seems like a lot of sugar!

PurePete, I share your concerns! As a granola parent, I prefer whole food sources over supplements. AMLA is great - we get it from Indian gooseberries in our smoothies. But processed into gummies? I'd rather see people eat more eggs (biotin), nuts (keratin-building proteins), and berries. Plus, the packaging waste bothers me. Has anyone checked if the ingredients are organic or non-GMO? The 'natural flavors' worry me too - what's actually in there?

Fellow biohackers! I've been tracking my hair health metrics for 18 months. Tried OLLY for 60 days alongside my usual stack. Data point: my hair tensile strength improved 12% (measured with DIY lab setup), but that's correlation, not causation. The keratin here is hydrolyzed - good bioavailability. Biotin dose is 2,500mcg per serving, which is solid. AMLA's antioxidants might help follicle health. My question: has anyone combined this with microneedling or red light therapy for synergistic effects?

Another skeptical mom here! I'm a fitness instructor and see SO many hair supplement scams. What's the actual clinical research on this specific formulation? Not just 'biotin is good for hair' - but THIS product. Also, as someone who counts macros: 2 gummies = 6g sugar, 15 calories. Not terrible, but adds up. Has anyone experienced digestive issues? Some hair supplements upset my stomach. And do they actually taste good, or is it that weird vitamin aftertaste?

Taste-focused foodie reporting in! I tried these for the flavor experience. They have a pleasant berry-citrus taste with no chemical aftertaste - much better than most supplements. Texture is firm but chewable, not gummy-bear sticky. However, I'm concerned about the 'natural flavors' - wish they used real fruit extracts. As for hair results: my stylist noticed less breakage after 45 days, but I also improved my diet. Worth trying if you hate swallowing pills, but manage expectations!
