Hey everyone, I'm curious about this OLLY Immunity Sleep Gummy. As a science enthusiast, I'm always skeptical about supplements that claim to do multiple things at once. Has anyone looked into the actual research behind combining melatonin with immune support ingredients like echinacea and zinc? I'd love to see some studies or data before considering it.

Great point, CrystalCathy30! I'm also a science buff and have been researching this. From what I've read, melatonin does have some immune-modulating effects, but the evidence for echinacea is mixed—some studies show benefits for cold prevention, others don't. The 3mg melatonin dose seems standard for sleep, but I wonder if it's too low to synergize with the immune ingredients. Has anyone tried it and noticed any real benefits?

As a granola parent, I'm all about natural health, but I'm cautious with supplements for my family. I gave these OLLY gummies a try for my teen who struggles with sleep during exam season. The berry flavor is a hit—no complaints there! I didn't see a huge boost in immunity, but it did help her fall asleep faster. My advice: use it as a sleep aid first, and view the immune part as a bonus. Anyone else using it for kids?

Fitness pro here! I've been testing these gummies post-workout to see if they aid recovery and sleep. Personally, I think the zinc and vitamin C are great for immune support after intense sessions, but the melatonin makes me too groggy in the morning if I take it late. Maybe split the dose? I'd recommend it for rest days, not before early workouts. CrystalCathy30, any insights on timing for optimal effects?

Thanks for the input, everyone! GlowGigi34, timing is key—melatonin peaks in about an hour, so take it 30-60 mins before bed. For immune support, consistency matters more than timing. GummyGuru123, glad it helped with sleep! I'm still skeptical about the combo efficacy, but if it's working for you, that's valuable anecdotal evidence. Maybe I'll try a small pack and report back. Any other experiences or concerns?
