My Kid Ate the Whole Bottle of OLLY Gummies – Help?!
Okay so I just turned my back for ONE minute and my 5yo had the whole bottle of these OLLY gummies in his mouth. I panicked, called poison control, and they said he'd be fine but might have some tummy trouble. He's now bouncing off the walls and I'm trying to figure out if I need to hide them better or if this is a sign he needs to eat more veggies. Anyone else had a similar scare?
Oh gosh, that's terrifying! Glad he's okay! I have to keep mine in a high cabinet because my 7yo thinks they're candy. She's actually a good eater, but the texture is like gummy bears – impossible to resist. Maybe get a lockbox? Also, I've heard that the probiotics can cause extra gas, so brace yourself for some funny toots tonight!
Been there! My spouse ate half a bottle thinking they were my 'special vitamins' from the candy jar. Honestly, it's a miracle he didn't get sick. But on the positive side, they do taste amazing – maybe as a wellness influencer, I should note that's a con for safety. I mix them in with his lunch and call them 'dinosaur eggs' – he's none the wiser. But for real, childproof locks are a must!
Ugh, my kid REFUSES to eat these because he says they're 'too chewy'. Meanwhile, I’m downing coffee like it's my job. I have to crush them up and mix into his oatmeal. But hey, at least he's not sneaking them. Sorry about your scare, but it could be worse – imagine them wanting to share with the dog. 😅
