Hey everyone! Just saw this OLLY Kids Multivitamin & Probiotic Gummy pop up in my feed. As a fitness pro, I'm always skeptical about gummy supplements for kids - they often pack more sugar than nutrients. Has anyone checked the sugar content on these? Also, the blend of vitamins A, D, C, E, B and zinc looks solid for immune support, but I'm curious about the probiotic strains they use. Are they clinically studied for kids' digestive health?

OMG I've been giving these to my 6-year-old for two months now! They're AMAZING! The berry flavor is natural-tasting (no artificial junk!) and my picky eater actually asks for them every morning. I'm calculating that 70 count over 35 days means 2 gummies daily. At that rate, I hope they're not exceeding daily values for vitamins like A and D, which can be toxic in excess for children. Anyone have the bottle handy to check percentages?

Gigi - I keep them in the pantry like the bottle says, but maybe I should move them to the fridge! They definitely still work though. VibeVitamins - Yes it's 2 gummies daily! The label shows all vitamins are at or below 100% DV for kids 4+, which I appreciate. My only minor complaint is the bottle isn't recyclable (come on OLLY, you can do better!). But overall 5 stars from this health nut - has anyone tried their adult versions too?

For comparison, I've seen studies showing certain probiotic strains reduce antibiotic-associated diarrhea in children by 50%. If OLLY publishes their research, this could be a game-changer. Meanwhile, I'll stick with separate vitamin and probiotic supplements until more data emerges. Appreciate the real-world experiences though!
